  • 1 monthly video call with a psychologist to reinforce self-love strategies and work insecurities, to make a complete change in every aspect of our being.    

  • Explanatory videos of each exercise (Spanish and English)     

  • Access to private Instagram and other support platforms

Ve·Fit Challenge

24 weeks (6 months)

If you are looking for support in a community to motivate and share every step of this vegan lifestyle / fitness ... This CHALLENGE is for you!    

 

   IT INCLUDES:     

  • Program focused on training legs and glutes following our OmBooty guides.     

  • Personalized meal plan with our nutritionist specialized in vegan nutrition    

  • 1 video call per month with us and / or nutritionist to answer questions or review progress.     

  • Access to the Ve·Fit community using private accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp     

  • Training calendar     

  • Routines written for each day     

  • Videos of each exercise,
